We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This notice explains how we use information provided when you sign up for our lottery results mailing list.

Information we collect

When you subscribe, we ask for your first name and email address. Our mailing-list provider may also process technical information relating to your subscription and emails, such as signup and delivery records.

Why we use it

We use your details to send Hadleigh Crowns Lottery winning ticket numbers, monthly draw results and occasional news relating to the lottery. Our lawful basis for sending these emails is your consent. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who handles your information

We use Brevo to manage subscriptions and send emails on our behalf. Brevo processes information for these services, and information may be transferred outside the UK where appropriate data protection safeguards apply. Our signup form also uses Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent automated submissions; Google's privacy terms apply to that service.

How long we keep it

We keep your mailing-list details while you are subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we stop sending you emails and may retain limited information needed to honour your opt-out or meet legal obligations.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails. You may also contact us to ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to withdraw consent. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
